Curriculum

Our curriculum was created with the kids and parents in mind. We have a flexible schedule to help you and your family make the best of everyday . A schedule with an easy transition designed to help them learn in a warm safe environment. Our teachers have experience and skills designed to help your child grow and develop. We learn by inter active play often engaged by the kids.  We do follow a light schedule to assure we will cover all areas of development.   We tutor small groups and give individual attention to make sure we meet each child’s individual needs. We work at the speed of the children and give enough time to allow children to participate.

We provide Early Learning Childcare & Development & Tutor Spanish & Sign Language. Our goal is to help as many children as possible get started on the right track to an early education with the right tools for each individual child. Our approach is a combination of Waldorf & Sergio Emilia teaching methods. The underlying principle of the Waldorf program is dependable routine. The daily and weekly schedule follows a consistent rhythm. Waldorf emphasizes creative learning, such as play-acting, story readings, singing, and cooking. The goal of this system is to develop the child emotionally and physically as well as intellectually. A Waldorf school is good for students who thrive on predictable rhythms. Reggio Emilia schools emphasize creativity and artistic representation. Students take the lead in learning, curriculum consists of projects that reflect the interests of the students. Teachers observe the spontaneous curiosity of their students, and then guide them to create projects that reflect their pursuits. Their play and projects are documented in photographs and records of their own words, which allows teachers and parents to follow each student’s progress and helps children see their actions as meaningful. We also incorporate STEAM ( Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) to stimulate your child’s development. Baby Sign Language is the use of manual signing allowing infant and toddlers to communicate emotions, desires, and objects prior to spoken language development. With guidance and encouragement signing develops from a natural stage in infants development known as gesture. Some common benefits that have been found through the use of baby sign programs include an increased parent-child bond and communication, decreased frustration, and improved self-esteem for both the parent and child. Among’s with positive results, researchers have found that baby sign neither benefits nor harms the language development of infants. We are committed to guide them to reach higher limits to learn, improve, and grow independently every step by step of the way.
